I have updated the link to the ebook. Now the static page points to the redirector at appspot. The redirector will be updated in case the hosting for the file changes in the future. At least this way the link to the book will stay the same.
The book has been uploaded to a free file hosting service. Will see how it goes. It has a download counter and a comments section, which is nice. Just what I needed for the file download. I wonder how long the file will be available. I have signed in for the service so I hope the file will not expire.
